Overview:
This framework is designed for OD practitioners and leadership teams to 
map current cultural dynamics before designing any intervention. It focus 
on identifying the gaps between stated values and actual day-to-day behaviours.

STEP 1: The Stated vs. The Real
--------------------------------------------------------------------
For each of your organisation's core values, answer the following:
1. What is the official stated value? (e.g., "Collaboration")
2. How is this value officially celebrated or announced?
3. In reality, what behaviours are actually rewarded, promoted, or tolerated?
4. What is the gap between the stated value and the real behaviour?

STEP 2: The Shadow Board (Informal Dynamics)
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Identify 3-5 informal leaders in your system - people who do not hold 
formal authority but whose opinions shape how work actually gets done.
Ask them:
1. "What is the unwritten rule for survival here?"
2. "If you want to get something approved, who do you actually need to speak to?"
3. "What happens when someone makes an honest mistake?"

STEP 3: Actionable Anchors (Micro-interventions)

Design three micro-interventions (small, low-risk actions) that align 
with the desired culture shift:
- Micro-intervention 1: [e.g., Start every meeting with 5 mins of peer feedback]
- Micro-intervention 2: [e.g., Document and share one failed experiment per month]
- Micro-intervention 3: [e.g., Establish direct feedback channels between tiers]
